Due to the fact CIS’ support group is relatively small, unfortunately we do not have the bandwidth to go over the installation If you are looking for step-by-step with a dedicated resource covering all of the different facets of the configurations. In addition, our tools often times require 3rd-party applications and may necessitate a consult with these vendors. We will, however, work with you and your team to answer all of your questions, pertaining to the CIS engineered aspects of our products specifications and workflow.As help in installing CIS CAT Pro, but do not have a specific technical issue to get support on, we would recommend reaching out to your account manager to arrange a call with our engineering team dedicated specifically to getting you started.
