Solution
The best way to allow the assessment to advance is to skip the platform check performed by CIS-CAT.
To Ignore a Platform Mismatch using the command line, 1 time:
Add the option -D ignore.platform.mismatch=true to the command line for the specific assessment you are running.
To Ignore a Platform Mismatch for all subsequent CIS-CAT Pro assessments:

assessor-cli.propertiesfile in a text editorOn line 76 (or so) set "ignore platform mismatch" to equal "true"
ignore.platform.mismatch=trueSave the changes made to the
assessor-cli.propertiesfile and closeRun the assessment again, it will pull the newly saved changes from
assessor-cli.propertiesfile and the Assessment should now run as anticipated.
