These are the steps to gather diagnostic information to help troubleshoot CIS-CAT Pro Dashboard v3 issues. |
For Windows systems, please compress and attach the following to your ticket:
From the \[Dashboard installation directory]\CCPD
directory
The ccpd-config.yml
- located at \conf
(feel free to obfuscate any passwords or IP's in this file before sending it to CIS)
The ciscatpro.log
file - located at \logs\ccpdlogs
(** see note below)

If there is an upload problem with a CIS-CAT Pro Assessor assessment result, please attach a copy of the ARF.XML file you are uploading so we can try to reproduce the issue
