Problem

If your CSAT Pro data includes evidence documents linked to the CIS Controls safeguard assessments, we recommend waiting for the next CIS SecureSuite Platform release and to continue using CSAT Pro.

October 20 2025 Update
Please note that there is a new releases of SecureSuite Platform (1.2.1) which addresses this issue. The Change Log information is here Change Log - CIS SecureSuite Platform Guide

You can download the latest version from Workbench CIS WorkBench / Download SecureSuite Platform

Issue Summary

During data migration from CSAT Pro to SecureSuite Platform, evidence files associated with Controls are not being transferred. While migrated Controls display evidence file links, clicking these links results in an error: “This file doesn’t exist on the server.”

This issue affects a limited subset of existing users—specifically those who attached evidence files to Controls in CSAT Pro. The migrated Controls assessment and scoring is present, but any associated evidence files to support the score are not accessible post-migration as they do not exist on the new SecureSuite Platform host machine.

The CIS engineering team are prioritizing a fix for this issue and we will update this advisory when we have a firm date for that release
