CSAT Pro Industry Average Service not connecting

Problem

When I OPT IN for the Industry Average Service and click TEST it says "Industry Average Service is NOT connected."

 

Solution

The server that hosts CSAT Pro needs to have the outbound port 8883 opened in order to connect to the Industry Average service. Setup a rule in your firewall to allow port 8883 traffic.

PS C:\> Test-NetConnection -ComputerName ec2-18-233-255-8.compute-1.amazonaws.com -Port 8883

You may need to restart the CSAT_PRO Service
