Is CIS XCCDF and OVAL content compatible with OSCAP?

CIS’s XCCDF and OVAL content is not compatible with OSCAP. OSCAP is very strict when it comes to the SCAP 1.2 schema. OSCAP also does not support all the OVAL extensions used by CIS for CIS-CAT so the content produced would not be usable by OSCAP.
