Will the "Start New Assessment with Current Data" option automatically send emails to each assignee?

Problem
I want to start a new assessment based off the current assessment. When I create the new assessment will each assigned control owner receive an email indicating that they've been assigned controls or do you have to visit each control, update the due data and send a reminder to the assigned control owner?
Solution
Creating a new assessment with the "Start New Assessment with Current Data" option will not automatically send emails to each assignee. There are a few ways these users can see their assigned tasks:
The users should each be able to log into CSAT and see their assigned tasks on their "Assigned Tasks" page available on the menu on the left
If you want them to receive individual emails for each Sub-Control, you could use the All Controls page to bulk assign the tasks (that might save time over individually going into each Sub-Control). You can filter by whether the tasks are assigned, but you can't filter by who they are assigned to. You can hover over the green Assigned check mark to see who it is assigned to from the All Controls page and then check the boxes next to all of the Sub-Controls for a user, and then select Assign from the Action drop down. This would need to be done per user per due date as it will use the same due date and message for all of the selected tasks.
You could go into individual Sub-Controls and send reminders as you suggested which would also send them individual emails for each task
