I need help resetting my CIS WorkBench Password

Problem

Solution: Password Expired

1. If you try to log in and your password and has expired, but you no longer remember the original password, you can send yourself a reset email from the main login screen by clicking the small link under the Rest Password button:

2. After you have sent yourself the rest email it will bring you to a similar WorkBench reset password page:

3. Once again under the blue Reset Password button there is another small link to reset a password if you do not currently know your Password.

4. This will open a page where you can now create a new password without knowing the old password.

Solution: Password forgotten

1. If you try to log in and you have forgotten your password, you can send yourself a reset email from the main login screen by clicking the “Forgot Your Password” link under the blue Log In button:
   
   

    

2. Enter the email associated with your existing CIS WorkBench Account
   
   

    

3. You will receive a Password reset email to the corresponding account. Click on the navy Reset Password button to open the reset page - you must use the Chrome browser for this

   1. If you do not receive the reset email please make sure that you do not have any filters, spam catchers, or email alias' which could be preventing your email provider to deliver the email to your inbox
      
      

       

4. Reset your password and you can now log-in to WorkBench
