Issues with automated builds using CIS Hardened Images

There are a number of tools that can be used for cloud image build automation including Packer, Terraform, CHEF, and Puppet.

At this time CIS does not formally support the build process using those tools. If you have issues we recommend that you reach out to those vendors or communities for assistance.
