Why can't I locate the CIS Benchmarks for IBM AIX 4.3-5.1 and IBM AIX 5.3 - 6.1?

Problem
“We have systems still using AIX 6.x that cannot be upgraded to a newer version of the OS at this time”
Solution
While we do understand that some Members and Organizations are still using this technology, AIX has ended support for versions prior to AIX 7.x.
As the vendor is no longer supporting those OS versions and CIS has not updated those OS benchmarks they have been marked by CIS as End Of Life (EOL). Please see this page for more information on EOL Benchmarks
