The images are hardened, meaning that technically they are not intended to be customized. However, please feel free to look at the CISCAT Assessment report on the hardened images first. If you want to make adjustments, please feel free to do soYes, it is possible to customize a hardened image, however, should an error arise it will not be possible for CIS to support due to the fact that these images were hardened before release and customization of the image is no longer within the scope of CIS Support.
