I am unable to complete a remote Linux scan. The scan is getting stuck Collecting System Characteristics every time. The assessor-cli.log shows this error: |
Solution
Allow SFTP connections to be established between cisthe CIS-cat CAT host and target. SFTP is required for remote Linux assessments. If you want to perform remote Linux assessments, you will need to allow SFTP. There is no workaround, other than performing a local Linux assessment.
