Problem
The bar graph colors are showing incorrectly for the Control Implementation Averages
Solution
The numerical scores for the Control Implementation Averages bar graph (that determine the height of the bars and are displayed when you hover over a bar) represent the average for just the "Control Implemented" scoring category (and exclude the other 3 scoring categories). However, the colors of the bars in the graph correspond to the Control Average Score for that Control (which includes all 4 applicable scoring categories). This way, the bar colors for a Control are the same as the colors displayed in the heat map for the corresponding Control at the top of the Dashboard. It is the Control Average Score for the Control that matches the score ranges in the color legend.
