Why do I have to sign the CIS SecureSuite membership renewal order?
Solution
The signing of an Order/Terms is a new requirement for CIS. We have had a few companies that haven’t been following our terms based on their membership category. Gaining acceptance of the terms by the primary contact of the membership helps safeguard CIS that the terms have officially been accepted.
