If you would like a specific OVAL and XCCDF content for an existing Benchmark that is no longer integrated into Assessor, but used to be integrated into older versions, you can either follow the steps below but leave off tailoring or you can download the full bundle of older Assessor files here: CIS Benchmark End of Life XML Automated Assessment Content. That bundle is updated with End of Life files after each release.
