Please attach the following items to your ticket:

csat-config.ymlfile, which is located at:\(CSAT directory)\CSAT_Pro\confThe
csatlog file, which is located at:\(CSAT directory)\CSAT_Pro\logs\csatlogs
The default CSAT Pro install directory is \Program Files
