How can I transfer ownership of our CSAT Hosted environment to another member of our organization?

Solution

The current Primary Owner would log into CSAT and:

1. Click Administration on the left menu

2. Click Manage by "Active Users"

3. Click the 3 dots in the Actions column in the row of the user they want to transfer to

4. Click Transfer Ownership
