Problem

I am using the correct version of Neo4j, but it will not deploy during the CSAT Pro installation process.

Solution

There may be a GPO that is blocking the Neo4j deployment. You may not get a message/warning that the Neo4j deployment is being blocked.

Go through your GPO’s, specifically any that relate to malware prevention, and see if any may be causing the issue.

  1. Once you find the GPO that is causing the issue:

  2. Uninstall CSAT Pro - CSAT Pro Deployment Guide - Uninstall CSAT Pro

  3. Disable the GPO

  4. Reinstall CSAT Pro - CSAT Pro Deployment Guide - Installing CSAT Pro

  5. Confirm you can access and use CSAT Pro

  6. Re-enable the GPO

Neo4j installs using the appdata directory. Any block on that directory will need to be disabled until the install is complete
