Can I start a CSAT Hosted assessment from an exported CSAT Pro CSV file?

CB - maybe clarify that you cannot do vice versa too?
Unfortunately, you wouldn't be able to do that by just converting between CSV and XLSX. The spreadsheet exports for each tool contain different columns, etc. so each CSAT is looking for different data in different places in the files. With the differences in scoring methodology, you'd have to map the CSAT Pro scores to a particular scoring category in Hosted CSAT (i.e. maybe to Control Implemented). You could theoretically perform some data manipulation to get it there, but it wouldn't be straightforward and is not recommended.
