Version 2.3.2 will be the final release of CIS-CAT Pro Dashboard version 2 series.
Dashboard version 3.0.0 will replace the 2.x versions starting December 12th, 2022. Version 3 will not be backwards compatible. Documentation is now available online.
A clean install of Dashboard version 3.0.0 will be required as there will be no upgrade or data migration options available from any previous 2.x version.
Version 2.3.2 will be available on the CIS WorkBench for download through January 2023.
Final installation and configuration guides will be packaged with Dashboard v2.3.2.
Previous versions of this tool will no longer be distributed.
Vulnerability assessment features will be deprecated in v3.0.0.
Problem
I cannot get the CIS-CAT Pro Dashboard Password to reset when setting a new password for the initial password reset upon deploying. I get an error, stating “Uh oh! Please try again!”
Solution
If you are using Internet Explorer, it is not supported. Please use Google Chrome to deploy the dashboard and set the new password.
Please do not use Internet Explorer for CIS Products
