I cannot get the CIS-CAT Pro Dashboard Password to reset. I get an error stating, "Uh oh! Please try again!"

Problem

I cannot get the CIS-CAT Pro Dashboard Password to reset when setting a new password for the initial password reset upon deploying. I get an error, stating ā€œUh oh! Please try again!ā€

Solution

If you are using Internet Explorer, it is not supported. Please use Google Chrome to deploy the dashboard and set the new password.
