I cannot get the CIS-CAT Pro Dashboard Password to reset. I get an error stating, "Uh oh! Please try again!"

Problem
I cannot get the CIS-CAT Pro Dashboard Password to reset when setting a new password for the initial password reset upon deploying. I get an error, stating “Uh oh! Please try again!”
Solution
If you are using Internet Explorer, it is not supported. Please use Google Chrome to deploy the dashboard and set the new password.
Please do not use Internet Explorer for CIS Products
