Yes. CIS Hardened Images are sunset in alignment with the end of life policy of that base operating system of that CIS HI. As an example, CIS Centos Linux 8 Benchmark Level 1 is based on CentOS Linux 8. CentOS Linux 8 will be end of life on December 31, 2021, as defined by the vendor (https://wiki.centos.org/About/Product ). CIS will update the offer listing 90 days prior to the CIS Hardened Image being removed from a respective marketplace to notify the end user that the offer is end of life and will no longer be available at a given date.
