I have registered for a webinar, but I haven’t received a calendar invite.
If you have yet to receive your calendar invite upon registering for one of our webinars, please follow the steps below prior to submitting a ticket:
Check to see if the calendar invite might have ended up in your spam folder.
Reach out to your IT department and ensure that emails from isacwebinars@cisecurity.org are whitelisted so they aren’t blocked.
Still Missing the Invite?
If you've verified our email address is not being blocked and still haven't received your calendar invite, please submit a support ticket so we may assist you with the necessary information required for the day of the webinar.
