In CSAT Pro, we implemented a simple scoring method that only requires a single average for each Safeguard. This was in response to user feedback for CIS-Hosted CSAT where many users indicated it took too long to complete an assessment when they had to complete 4 scores for each Safeguard. Since then, we have received feedback from some that they prefer the finer-grained scoring available with the 4 scoring categories. As such, we are considering the possibility of adding a 4 category scoring method as a potential future enhancement for CSAT Pro.

There is a discussion in the CSAT Pro WorkBench community on this topic at CIS CSAT Pro Community that suggests a possible way of using the custom tag functionality in CSAT Pro as a workaround for this if you prefer the 4 category methodology.
