Quick Start Guide: Workbench permissions for SecureSuite Members
Recent changes to the CIS WorkBench now allow for greater managerial control of their organizationās SecureSuite WorkBench users
Requirements
A SecureSuite Membership
A Workbench Company Manager
To locate your Organizationās WorkBench Dashboard and User Management
Locate your user account in the upper right hand corner of the page and click on your username
In the now-available dropdown, select your organization's name
You are now in your Organizationās WorkBench Dashboard
Implementation Steps
āI am the Workbench Company Manager for my organization, how can I edit one of my userās names/ positions/ emails/ etc.?ā
Navigate to the Organizationās Dashboard>
Navigate to āManage Usersā>
Locate and select the user who needs to be modified>
Select the pencil icon to āEdit Usersā>
Update the necessary information and Submit

āI am the Workbench Company Manager for my organization, how can I promote another CIS Workbench user to manager of the Organization?ā
Navigate to the Organizationās Dashboard>
Navigate to āManage Usersā>
Locate and select the user who needs to be promoted>
Select the up arrow icon to āPromote to Company Manager>
āI am the WorkBench manager for my organization and I have employees who are no longer working with the organization or who I do not want to have access to the paid SecureSuite resources, how do I Delete or Remove them?ā
Go to the Organizationās Dashboard>
Select āManage Usersā>
Locate the user who needs to be Removed or Deleted>
Select the user with an X icon to āRemove from Company' or select the garbage icon to āDelete userā permanently
If your Organization does not Auto-Approves members, you will have the ability to āRemove from Companyā and to āDelete Userā
If your Organization does auto-approve members, you will not have the ability to Remove users, only to delete users.
If you would like to change your approval options, please contact your Account Manager directly, or submit a https://cisecurity.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/15/group/35/create/143 ticket requesting this change be made.
