How can I transfer ownership of our CSAT Hosted environment to another member of our organization?

Problem
I want to transfer ownership in Hosted CSAT to another member of our organization
Solution
The current Primary Owner would log into CSAT and:
Click Administration on the left menu
Click Manage by "Active Users"
Click the 3 dots in the Actions column in the row of the user they want to transfer to
Click Transfer Ownership
