Problem
I would like to use a Proxy with CSAT Pro.
Solution
CSAT Pro does not officially support proxies. Proxies may or may not work with CSAT Pro, but no support can be offered from CIS support for CSAT Pro proxy troubleshooting/setup. If this feature is of interest to your organization, please submit a Feature Enhancement Request through the CIS Support Portal.
