Why can’t I access my reports?

  1. Confirm you have been invited to the portal. Please check the section titled “Signing into the CIS Portal” for more information.

  2. If your account is activated and you have successfully logged into the CIS Portal, please contact Central Support at info@cisecurity.org for missing reports pertaining to the following services:

    1. Managed Security Services (MSS)

    2. Endpoint Security Services (ESS)

    3. Albert

    4. Malicious Domain Blocking and Reporting (MDBR)
