Solution

There are a few ways to find out who your account manager is:

  1. Contact the SecureSuite Sales representative you were working with during your onboarding process

  2. Email membersuccess@cisecurity.org

  3. If you are an SLTT member email: freesecuresuite@cisecurity.org
