CIS WorkBench password reset


Question

I have tried several times to reset my password and I’m not receiving an email to create a new password.

 

Solution

The reset password email is coming from no-reply@cisecurity.org. Please check your spam filter.

If you do not have access to spam or the email is not in spam please contact your assigned CIS Account Manager and they can send a password reset that will be valid for 2 hours.
