Solution
In the assessor-cli.properties file, please be sure to just include the name of the .jpg file only. Some members will include the file path where the image is located, however, that is not correct. Also, be sure to put the image in the custom subfolder, located in the Assessor-CLI folder. Please see an example below of how to configure the assessor-cli.properties file:
