Problem

I am having issues with CSAT Pro. What files should I attach to my support ticket?

Solution

Please attach the following items to your ticket:

  1. The csat-config.yml file, which is located at: \(CSAT directory)\CSAT_Pro\conf

  2. The csat log file, which is located at: \(CSAT directory)\CSAT_Pro\logs\csatlogs

The default CSAT Pro install directory is \Program Files
