How do I sign up for an account for the CSAT - CIS Controls Self Assessment Tool (aka CIS-Hosted CSAT) ?
Solution
If your organization has never registered an account before:
Please register at https://csat.cisecurity.org/.
You should receive an email with the subject "Activate your account" from a no-reply@cisecurity.org email address. Please check to see if the email was filtered by your spam tool.
After registering, you can access and use CIS-Hosted CSAT by visiting the same URL https://csat.cisecurity.org/.
If a registered CSAT account for your organization already exists:
Reach out to your organization’s current owner / CSAT administrator, who will be able to process join requests for additional users in the same organization.
If the existing organization owner is no longer available or active, you will not be able to register a new user account independently. Please reach out to CIS Product Technical Support for assistance, which will allow us to update the appointed CSAT administrator’s current contact information.
