Solution
This scenario results from the Assessor Service attempting to use the /tmp directory on the target, while CLI is using the /var/tmp directory. The /tmp directory does not appear to have the appropriate permissions to allow SCE scripts to be executed, which causes the "unknown" results.
In Dashboard, the member should be able to modify the tmp directory the Assessor Service will use, so that it's the same as the directory the CLI uses.
