Problem

CSAT Pro is not launching - how do I start using CSAT Pro?

Solution

There is not an executable to launch CSAT. It can be started and stopped from the Services app.

CSAT Pro is accessed through a web browser (preferable Google Chrome). If you did not use TLS, the URL you will use to access CSAT Pro will be http://localhost:8080

If you did choose to use TLS, the URL you will use to access CSAT Pro will be https://localhost or alternatively https://127.0.0.1

**Please allow network traffic through the port specific to which option you select. If you’re using TLS the default port is 443. If you are not using TLS the default port is 8080**
