How to start/access CSAT Pro

There is not an executable to launch CSAT. It can be started and stopped from the Services app.

CSAT Pro is accessed through a web browser (preferable Google Chrome). If you did not use TLS, the URL you will use to access CSAT Pro will be http://localhost:8080

If you did choose to use TLS, the URL you will use to access CSAT Pro will be https://localhost or alternatively https://127.0.0.1
